1. Subscription & Payments
   • Our services are offered on monthly and yearly subscription plans.
   • Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
   • Payments accepted via credit/debit cards or other available methods.
   • Prices exclude taxes and bank/payment processing fees.
   • You must provide accurate billing info and ensure timely payment.
2. Refund Policy
   • Refunds available only within 7 days of payment date.
   • Only the most recent payment is refundable.
   • Renewals are non-refundable once charged.
   • Setup, installation, taxes, and gateway fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations
   • You may cancel anytime via account settings or support.
   • Subscription remains active until billing cycle ends.
   • After cancellation, data may be retained briefly before deletion.
4. License of Use

   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ai Schooling System for educational and administrative purposes. Unauthorized reselling, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or misuse is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

   All rights, titles, and interests remain the exclusive property of Ai Schooling System and/or its licensors.

6. Prohibited Activities
   • Using the service for unlawful purposes.
   • Unauthorized access attempts.
   • Distributing malware or malicious code.
   • Sharing login credentials.
7. Service Availability & Liability

   We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the last subscription payment.

8. Termination of Service

   Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. No refunds are provided in such cases.

9. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your registered country). Disputes fall under the courts of your registered city.
