Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Payments

• Our services are offered on monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods provided at checkout.
• All prices are listed exclusive of government taxes and bank/payment processing fees, which will be charged additionally where applicable.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payment.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if claimed within 7 days of the payment date (monthly or yearly).
• Refunds, when approved, will only apply to the most recent payment charged. Previous subscription payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Renewal payments (for subsequent months or years) are non-refundable once charged.
• Installation charges, setup fees, government taxes, and bank/payment gateway fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support team at contact@aischoolingsystem.com.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
• After cancellation, your data may be retained for a limited period as per our data retention policy before being permanently deleted.

4. License of Use

• Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Ai Schooling System for educational and administrative purposes.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or share access with unauthorized users.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the software is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the Ai Schooling System software, content, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Ai Schooling System and/or its licensors.
• You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, databases, or accounts.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code through our platform.
• Share your login credentials with third parties.

7. Service Availability & Liability

• While we strive to provide 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.
• Our total liability under any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the last billing cycle.

8. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
• In case of termination due to violation, no refunds will be issued.
• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

10. Policy Updates

• These Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy are effective as of September 4, 2025 and will remain in effect until updated.
• We may update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
