At Ai Schooling System, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your subscription. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Subscription Refunds

  • Our software is offered on both monthly and yearly subscription plans.
  • Refunds are only available if claimed within 7 days of the payment date (whether monthly or yearly).
  • Refunds, when approved, will only apply to the most recent payment charged. Previous subscription payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Renewal payments (for subsequent months or years) are non-refundable, as the service continues automatically until cancelled.
  • Installation charges, setup fees, government taxes, and bank/payment processing fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and you will not be charged further.

3. Special Cases

Refunds beyond the 7-day claim window may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the software (and cannot be resolved by our support team).
